Maintenance Options:

I currently offer 2 Maintenance Options from which to choose.

Option A

Maintenance 'Plan A' is for websites that need frequent updates.  There is a monthly maintenance fee of plus an hourly rate for time involved implementing the changes.

Updates or changes must be submitted to me via e-mail.

I will make the updates to your website within 24 hours of receiving all of the necessary information.  If for some reason the change can not be completed within the 24 hour time frame, I will contact you by e-mail with an estimated time for completion.

(Every effort will be made to complete your updates within the specified amount of time, however I will not be responsible for conditions that are beyond my control, ie: power outages, host server problems, or inability to make contact with client should there be any questions, etc.)

 

 

Option B

Maintenance 'Plan B' is for websites that need occasional updates.  There is a change request fee for each change request plus the hourly rate for time involved implementing the changes.

Updates or changes must be submitted to me via e-mail.

I will make the updates to your website within 48 hours of receiving all of the necessary information.  If for some reason the change can not be completed within the 48 hour time frame, I will contact you by e-mail with an estimated time for completion.

(Every effort will be made to complete your updates within the specified amount of time, however I will not be responsible for conditions that are beyond my control, ie: power outages, host server problems, or inability to make contact with client should there be any questions, etc.)
